At NinjaTrix, you don’t have to be a fitness pro. We seek financially qualified individuals who have a passion for working with children and helping them to become their best selves. You must have a sincere interest in teaching kids physical fitness as well as life skills to become confident members of society. We believe in a holistic approach to overall wellbeing through the NinjaTrix curriculum. NinjaTrix is more than a just martial arts or children’s fitness franchise; it is a holistic approach to health and fitness for today’s youth.
We take training very seriously! It’s true, franchise owners do not need to be able to do what the kids do, but they and their teams do need to know how to teach it. Your training takes place in three phases. It begins with 30 hours of online instructional videos, printed materials and Zoom meetings. For phase two, we will invite you to our flagship studio in Florida for up to five days of intense classroom and on-the-floor studio training. Phase three consists of up to six additional days of training closer to your business launch. Additionally, members from the NinjaTrix franchise team will join you at your location for two days on or near your Grand Opening to help you launch your business smoothly.
Franchise owners also have access to our comprehensive operations manual, studio management software, accounting software and support, and exclusive access to our Ninja Vault containing our easy-to-follow curriculum, instructor and management tools, marketing tools, and birthday party content.

The total initial investment necessary to begin operations ranges from $224,600 to $381,500. This includes a $49,500 initial franchise fee for a single unit agreement. As with any new venture, it’s important to have adequate capital to fund the initial business growth stages.
We do not provide direct financing to franchise owners, but we may refer to financing sources on a case-by-case basis.
We collect a royalty fee equal to 7.5% of gross revenues, and a technology fee of $50 per week (which may increase to $100/week). Fees such as these allow us to fund our ongoing support services and the continued development of programs, marketing tools, training programs, and systems upgrades. Franchise owners will be required to spend 4% of gross revenues on local marketing on an ongoing basis. There is a $15,000 Grand Opening spend requirement. They will also contribute up to 3% of gross revenues into the brand marketing fund; this contribution starts at 1%. Collected funds will be used to develop marketing strategies to promote the NinjaTrix brand and cover the creative costs to develop branded marketing materials and campaigns.
The initial term of your agreement is ten years, with two subsequent successor agreement options of five years each.
